I have a question is the 2080TI 11GB of GDDR5 greater then Rtx 3060 just 3060 DDR6gb just curious as I am looking to heavily modify my Acer 300 2021 thanks!.

Performance per watt has improved by ~10-20% for the non GDDR6X Ampere cards. That's pathetic when you consider the node change. The 3070Ti with it's stupid GDDR6X setup has even lost performance per watt to some Turing cards. Talk about a sh#!y, overpriced product.
Eu tenho uma 2080ti desde 2019 e segura tudo, com OC empata com a 3070ti, paguei 5,500 reais, não tenho do que reclamar, melhor negocio da vida, ainda bem que não cai na besteira de vender para tentar comprar a série 3000, se não, hoje estaria com no máximo uma 3050 xexelenta.

The RTX 3060 is actually the worst card to buy during this pandemic situation, if you want to get yourself a cheap card but also a beast at 1080p I’d say the RTX 3060 Ti is worth a price
I own neither of them for obvious reasons. I have a worse performing GTX 1660 Super which thankfully I find fine. Now what I found interesting with this test was not so much the difference in framerate, which is what I came here for. What I ended up finding far more interesting is the difference in power consumption. Almost 100 watts in some games. As a poor gamer living in times of stupid increases in power cost, that's a huge difference for me. I have to say, if I had to pick one of the two for free, I would probably pick the 3060 even though the performance is not as high as the 2080 Ti. Thank you for this video.

Exactly power consumption is a big thing. Still happy with my 1660ti but the 3060 12G is 400€ here now so might buy still before Taiwan gets stormed 🇹🇼
I don't understand why the FPS figures are so low. I have an rtx 3060 Hitman with an I7 4770 processor and it outputs more than 60 fps. And here is a more powerful processor and so few fps
Not even klose scrub.. you don't know anything about full block liquid cooled 1080tis do you? I've beat 3080s with them.. Not to mention, the build quality of the 1080TI smokes the garbage whole 20 series.. and TERRIBLE quality of the 30 series cards. I've got benchmarks of a 2080 NON TI card I had.. it was just a reference Asus blower model.. and I had it running so hard.. it was beating 3070s and koming REAL close to getting close to some lower end 3080 cards.. but I did put gelid thermal pads on it, and slapped the EK full vector block on that bad boy.. so it was running numbers
I have the 2080ti Strix and honestly I have not suffered from the lack of chips ... GG I play it in 2k, high framerate ... here, it's not me who overpaid it ahaha

For 30 fps yes (as consoles when they put the fake 4k and the "quality" performance mode running at 30 fps) , and with DLSS you have surprising effects in games like Doom Eternal . Every GPU ahead of 8 VRAM is capable of 4k with decent fps .

2080ti and 3070 has similar performance. So that benchmark can be 3060 vs 3070 Also You can see how far the performance gap there is.. When comparing high end gpu of last Gen Vs 1st in line gpu of current generation. You can also assump the coming next generation 4000 series. For fact that gtx 980ti is same as gtx 1070 with less power consumption. 1080ti is same as rtx 2070s. You can see what is going on here
I remember when leaks was happening before 30 series launched and it was assumed the 3060 could be as fast as the 2080ti. Lol just goes to show leaks are basically guessing and should always be taken with a grain of salt.
@@SigalDa I'm pretty sure they figured the 3060ti was the 3060 and was assumed like the 10 and 20 series do not get a xx60ti card at all. If the 3060 was the 3060ti for the same $329 that would be a good generational leap

Guys remember when everyone said the 3060 would beat a 2080/ti ans it didn't happen? Well thw same is being said about the 4060 that it will beat a 3090/or ti haha. Ain't happening don't buy into the hype and marketing. Some of those "tests" "benchmarks" clearly are going to be set to make the new 4000 series seem like some otherworldly card. But keep expectations realistic.
Actually.. it was said the mid range next gen AMD cards will beat the 3090.. and buddy do some research.. it's looking like it's true.. they're just going to be very pricey.. Nvidia is scared rn for what's coming from amd.
Rx 5500 blows the doors so bad off of a 1650 it's like fighting a poodle and pit.. now a 1650 super.. would have a better chance.. still wouldn't be much faster
The 3060 isn't worth it unless you make a super deal. Buy atleast a 3060ti which is a lot faster according to most benchmarks, while having a similar retail price. But yeah, nobody is gonna pay that normal price until Jesus Christ returns.
Something is not right here. Im running a gtx 1070 on ultra with forza @ 1080p at 120 fps....it still looks better than this video and has more fps...is there something i'm missing here? because i'm so close to upgrading, but after seeing this..im still debating whether to hang on to my 1070.....is there something im missing?...please explain in detail, noob here.
@@Sunsetwithlotion It's very good! the gtx 560 when stressed, i think is about 300/340w, and seing such good gpu like 3060 that we know is sooo much more powerful than 560 and reaching 200w is amazing how the technology is getting better not only in performance, but in efficiency and temperatures

2080 is top of the line 20 series and 3060 is mid range 30 series. Just like how different generations of cars have different trims, the lower end is almost always less powerful than the top spec of the previous generation

Bottleneck is giant in this case, bro. i7 10900k use a pcie 3.0. Rtx 3060 is pcie 4.0 gpu board. Try this test again with the correct specs for both gpu´s.
