Ruby Franke pleads guilty to child abuse charges 

She made millions off of exploiting her children on her family vlogging channel! Her worthless husband is just as bad. Having watched all the deep dives into this family channel, it’s beyond disgusting. My heart breaks for those children 💔

All of the calls to and visits from the police, hell even her own daughter calling the police on her and nothing was done before? System failure.

The husband needs to face charges as well for benign neglect if nothing else.

Throw away the key. Now go after the LDS Church that referred Client’s to Hildebrandt and abused other families irreparably.

*No charges should have been dropped. The monster Ruby Franke abused all of her children to varying degrees; she didn't "cut them a break"; she shouldn't get one herself, nor the opportunity to throw the blame to Jodi Hildebrandt for their shared crimes.*

The father is as much as guilty he knew about the abuse and did nothing

When angry, sad, unfulfilled and unintelligent people are allowed to parent children. This is what happens when people decide to treat children like their own property instead of human beings that require care, nurturing and safety.

There must be a whole lot more to uncover if she wants to avoid a trial and further investigation by pleading guilty.

This is a wake-up call for anyone who thinks they're just doing "tough parenting" but, in reality, it's straight-up child abuse.

I have no words for how enraged I am listening to what she did to those poor children. I hope she receives the maximum sentence and other prisoners make her life a living hell.

Ruby took the plea deal to get a break on her charges. It was all about her. I don't believe she did it to heal her relationship with her kids. Otherwise, she would have changed a long time ago when petitions were filed. To me, she's always had that narcissistic air about her. Well, you got caught. Do the time and stay away from ALL children!!

There son Chad had broke his arm, and he needed to be taken to the hospital and the mom said they were going out to eat, and I believe the grandma yelled at her over the phone to take him to the hospital..Someone should investigate that.as well..More important to go eat then take your kid to the hospital .They were in the van, husband was driving..He knew, and did nothing.. What is he smiling for..disgusting..

How did the grandparents Chad and Jennifer not know this was going on when everyone else knew? How could they leave Utah for a church mission in Serbia while all this horrendous child abuse was happening? Instead of helping others on a church mission they should remember that charity begins at home. Those children need full protection from family until they become adults.

The $$$s she/they got as she/they lied/grifted on medias should go to her children, some to care for them now, but the rest for when they're adults. The children are the ones 💔 who deserve all the assistance they can get!!!

I hope her eyes have been opened and she's miserable as she realizes how she failed her children, but I don't think this is the case. I think she's just playing the part of a repentant mother, the same way she played the part of a loving one.

I want to know what prison will do to the both of them. I am certain mothers that are currently locked up would never imagine their own children to experience what these monsters did.

In many cases, it's disturbing when parents figure out how to make money off of their children. Some parents can do this responsibly by setting aside the money that their children make in savings accounts, like Ron and Clint Howard's parents, but others mismanage it and live off of it, like Shirley Temple's parent's. But with the internet, it's so much easier to expose and exploit children.

Man on the 911 is crying at the condition of that boy and said "he is covered in wounds"... I can't even imagine what those poor kids have been through and she obviously plead guilty with the quickness so that she didn't have to face complete accountability. I have a feeling that once her children get older they'll be exposing her one way or another... I hope for the kids that they get the support that they need given that their father allowed this to happen with his children up until Ruby was arrested and now he's trying to get full custody... He was obviously aware of the punishments his wife put into place for their children! I worry for kids' safety in his custody since he obviously did nothing to defend them against the torture they've obviously suffered while living under their mother AND father's roof. I have to wonder why this man isn't also charged as an accessory to the abuse, being that he didn't defend or remove his children from the abusive situation!

I'm proud of her for taking the first step in admitting what she was doing to her family was wrong.
