Every time Ruby would talk about not being well, someone interrupts with something ''more important'', Ruby just snaps, that was the more healthy way that she had left, but at this point, will be enough?

It appears that this is sort of the lesson the Everafter is trying to teach him by having to see someone he cares about pass on and learning to let go that is okay but he interfered because he isn't mentally healthy enough to understand that after all the trauma he's been through. He needs to forgive himself for letting Penny die. He hasn't and that is why he can't let the paperans go. So the parallel of the flooding of Jaune’s village with the Fall of Atlas is damn brilliant.

I still haven't worked out whether the Ever After is trying to teach them something, or is just a backdrop of stories mechanically playing out and aggravating everyone's trauma. Really don't know where the last few chapters are going to go. Would be 'nice' if it *was* trying to show them something.

Best scene ever!! Ruby's meltdown was long overdue, and she snapped on everybody, especially Yang and Blake. "Go ahead and confess your love to each other, it's not like I'm depressed or anything and clearly have PTSD." But hats off to Jaune bcuz as soon as Ruby was firing shots at him, my guy fired right back at her, no hesitation. He's beyond broken so the last thing you wanna do is piss him off. I'm surprised he didn't tell her about stabbing Penny, but if he does all hell will break loose, and I'm here for it😂

He blames Ruby's plan---when he's *_never_* had a plan. Not vs Cardin at Beacon; not vs Cinder at Haven. He's always been an also-ran. If he actually makes it back to Remnant, I'll be pissed. I wouldn't cry much if marinated in his failures in the Ever After...for ever.

Except all things considered, Jaune's plan IS a good one, or at least the most reasonable one given the circumstances and competing interests. team RWBY gets a bit of recuperation while he uses his familiarity with EA and speed on Juniper to search for anything now that his schedule is free, and can thus allocate more time to finding a way out. Instead team RWBY concludes he's gone entirely cuckoo and takes the paper pleasers at face value because he named the paper pleasers after his friends after spending more time with them then team RWBY has been alive.

Right ? It pissed me off to see them immediately write him off as another crazed old man unworthy of trust and his plan as garbage when they themselves don't have or even propose another alternative

Got no sympathy for Jaune. "It's was _your_ plan that put us here!" I didn't see you with *_ANY_* plan, Vomit Boy. You let Cardin walk all over you at Beacon; you let Cinder walk all over you at Haven; that's about all you're good for...somebody else's speedbump. We got 3 Eps. left; if Jaune doesn't make it back to Remnant, I won't cry any tears, honestly.
