@@upliftedmotivated7773 I agree. Her facial expressions made me laugh. Not sure what Katie Couric thought of her! I read that Ruby is an American-British actress in addition to doing TV interviews. She starred in a sitcom in UK. Very interesting resume.
@@vickicali oh her resume gets way more interesting when you factor in her latest endeavours in neuroscience and human brain, psychiatry... What have you, She's on youtube being seriously interviewed about it all
Gawd the woman "trying" to interview Ruby is awful & you can tell Ruby's thinking "these are dumb questions & no I'm not giving you a convenient soundbite". Oh Ruby may be American, but you can tell why she moved to the UK.
@@joeb267382 but she's a comedian...could you really take what she says seriously.....i think this is the best judgement of her from watching how she handled this interview and also he she was interviewing o.j (that should tell you how she really feels about him) and from watching the way she was interviewing o.j it sure doesn't look like she thinks he's the murderer of those two people... did you notice that she made the reporter know immediately that O.J was using a banana for that prank..... i've seen that clip so many times and i had no idea that was a banana i always thought it was a knife... did you also notice that ruby made a comment to her when she was playing the clip over and over again....any other person would have allowed and loved for her to keep playing that clip over and over again.... as a matter of fact i don't even think that woman that went up to o.j believes o.j's the murderer.... i don't think she would have wanted to shake his hand....think about it why would you want to shake the hand of someone that brutally murdered two people...
@@donovans6472 She wanted to remain unbiased in the promotion of the show, as she said, in order for the viewers to be able to come to their own conclusion when they eventually watched the show. What she said when asked in later years obviously was her true feelings on the subject. As to the way she conducted herself in her interview with him during the show, you do understand that this is from a series of shows she did back in the day interviewing different guests, Carrie Fisher, Burt Reynolds, Goldie Hawn, Tom Hanks, Helen Mirren etc. She used the same interviewing style with each guest - lighthearted and quirky. She treated him no differently than the others. She wasn’t doing a hard hitting journalistic piece for 60 minutes.😏
I read Ruby Wax doing an interview about this interview. She said he did confess over the phone... Kinda. He said "Hi this is OJ, and I did it. April Fool's!" He also kept reciting that nursery rhyme about Lizzie Borden (a Fall River, Massachusetts woman who was acquitted of murdering her parents). OJ was beyond repair.
Isn’t that what killers usually do? They can’t stand the grief and isolation they feel for doing something so horrific that they have to let it out eventually, in one way or another (a weird book in OJs case)
I don’t think it was horrible. Goldman and his daughter have ridden Ron’s death for all they can get. Many people would just want to remember their loved one in private without dragging their names through the mud every moment they get. The term RIP, means letting them rest. Goldman’s don’t care about letting him rest while ever money is to be made. Now this is horrible.
