APA NEW PROCESS: The Trooper's Incident Report is at the beginning of the video and also beneath this message. There's currently no Court information available for the suspect. PAROLE VIOLATION!!!*
Bonjour j’ai une question ? Si une urgence 🆘 intervient pendant une arrestation comme celle-ci comment ça se passe ? Une urgence vraiment très importante merci 👍 France 🇫🇷
Or his buddy that was speeding with him in the other car dropped a dime on him. Maybe he was jealous and wanted his business? I always find it funny when someone who is around weed so much they can't smell it anymore tells someone who doesn't smoke they don't have anything.
This comment is like seeing R S T L N E on Wheel of Fortune. It's guaranteed to be in ever comment of every police video. The channel owner should add this to their pinned comment.
If I was that dude I would’ve just tried to speed away at that point. Because even thought I’d prolly get caught I’d rather do that then get a long sentence
@@speedingatheistI’m guessing he’s trying to say he’d rather risk driving away to offload the drugs and getting caught later on a warrant for the fleeing rather than just accepting for the drug charges there
Nothing stinks worse than pot Neighbor always smoking, we ended up moving didn’t want kids around the rental trash next door always walking through our yard
14:34 what is that ? It is flying over the front car, so it's not a bug on the windshield, had no wings not a plane didn't look like a helicopter....UFO? Let me know what you guys think?
... everone was speeding. I was stopped. The COP asked me one simple question. "Were you speeding ?" Aaaah, yeah.😊 COP... Then, here's your ticket ! Me ➡️ 😮
Not "cat" his own COUSIN who he complained wasn't pulled over for going faster than him, then proceeds to cry "racial profiling" cousin musta been purple or blue maybe
😂😂 however cop violated his 4th amendment rights. He didn’t state his probable cause to search. He didn’t asked if he can search his truck. He didn’t give him an option to say yes or no. Cop said stand there I’m going to search your vehicle. Therefore the drugs will be suppressed and charges will be drop 😂 I’ve seen many drug cases like this that gets dropped because cop didn’t follow laws.

That’s a nice thought but it’s only a thought. There isn’t a DA in the country worthy of the title anymore. EVERYTHING gets pled down until all but the most serious offenders are actually prosecuted.
The cousin was driving the diversion car the cop was supposed to chase the cousin because that car was clean but the cop didn't fall for it , the cops even says "y'all was together"
Standing in front of the Trooper’s car before even being handcuffed, he had a look on his face that he messed up real bad and is going away for a long time.

Troopers are just a different breed. No matter what state. They all seem about the same. They arent petty like town cops, and arent crooked like sheriffs. They are just down to the business at hand.
Most have caught onto their scam. - stop any car with a far away out of state tag for the most mundane offense with the goal of giving them a warning - determine if the car is a rental, ask basic questions if so. Determine where they started and where they are going - discover that someone else booked the rental other than the driver 🚩 - discover the story makes absolutely no sense at all 🚩 - discover that they are really fidgety or talk a lot like they are trying to hide something 🚩 - ask for a consent search, if they deny, radio to your K-9 unit up the road that you have a refusal - (occasionally) smell weed and skip the above step for a PC search - find dope - (occasionally) ask if someone is following for your safety - mirand-ize - (occasionally) ask if they want to deliver their payload and that you want to work with them - arrest and tow if the answer is no. Honestly, each of these stops are the exact same and play out in a nearly identical flow. It’s not rocket science. They do it a lot.
@@robertrhoades983 It's enforce not "in force". lol You could also move there where you have the highest chance in the country of being killed in a crash caused by reckless police behavior. Or having your rights violated by some of the most poorly trained cops in the nation. Back the blue until it happens to you!
Grandpa is going on a long vacation up the river. What a waste of his final years. I'd feel sorry for him except for the fact he's left a trail of broken lives in his drug dealing wake. Have a nice vacation Gramps, a nice long vacation.
I'm not far enough into the video to know what drugs or how much weight he's carrying but i don't think arresting an old man in an 03 or whatever Tahoe is going to stop the drug trade. I'm not trying to defend dealers but any means but giving these street level dealers years or decades in prison is absurd. Meth and heroin is horrible in my area. I wish I knew the answer to the problem but I don't. I do know this and treating people with chronic pain like criminals and refusing to treat them isn't working.
@@aaadamt964 Nobody knows the answer sadly. I think a few nights ago I was browsing the r/protectandserve subreddit for active or former LE and just regular citizens too, and a few active LE said that they never feel much an impact after busting street level dealers like this guy. This old dude wasn't much a big time hit either, that Suburban is 20 years old with Amazon aftermarket rear lights, it probably didn't make much of an impact for a small town Southeast of Little Rock.
Under this guys breath he saying that when he got up this morning,” I could have had a V8 tomato juice from a can and now I’m in the can”.. Oh Lordy I fcked up again !!!
You know that thing we hear about...."had to give my black son the talk about how the white cops shoot us?" Maybe the talk should include don't break the law. That's the talk I got and I gave my son. Don't break the law!
No matter what the best thing anyone will do is stay on the right side of the law. Yes, sometimes the person gets in trouble fo something that they didn't do but honesty goes a long way. This man didn't play the right game.
Pretty disgusting for a black man of that age to be talking like a punk teenager, just goes to show how a person will never mature mentally with a long prison sentence, they only get worse and by the way, they are saying thousands of prisoners that have maxed out their sentences are about to be released back into society, prisoners worse than this bad guy.
The majority of them seem to speak like punk teenagers! That gibberish slang has done them no favours. They name-call like children. They are verbal bullies. 🤣 When they speak, one has the urge to quote "sticks and stones" to them. Kiddie stuff.
You somehow miss all the white PALE criminals here on YT back talking officers? some even gunned a few down lol. But I'm guessing to you people...thats decent folk huh 😂 😂 I agree lock their a** up, but when folks in the comments bring up race, dont be mad when some of us throw that sh!t back at ya, on just this channel alone(check the history) plenty of PALE folks aka DRUG MULES acting like PUNKS. The officer was lowkey rude as hell, starting with the beer comment, I don't treat these mfs like Gods amongst men because they gain courage while wearing a gun and badge. Nah...I know how they act when they don't feel like they have an advantage and they gotta see you in person, all that back and forth bs don't exist. That's a FACT.
Energy gets reciprocated, from my humble opinion, the title is a little misleading, the officer definitely pushed his buttons to receive the "rude" behavior from the suspect.
Where I live the police/Troopers are breaking down on drivers who do not merge over or slow down when passing. Florida law requires you to Move Over a lane when/if you can safely do so, "for stopped law enforcement, emergency, sanitation, utility service vehicles, tow trucks or wreckers, maintenance or construction vehicles with displaying warning lights, and as of Jan. 1, 2024, motorists also will be required to move over if: There is a disabled motor vehicle that is stopped and displaying warning lights or hazard lights. If a vehicle is stopped and is using emergency flares or posting emergency signage." The law here states that you must merge to the other lane if possible, and if you're not able to merge then you're to slow down to 20mph under the posted speed limit while passing them. So if the speed limit is 45mph then you have to slow down to 25mph while passing them. And if the posted speed limit is 20mph or less, then you are to slow down to 5mph when passing them. Law enforcement has really started enforcing the Move Over Law and has given out tens of thousands of Move Over Law citations every year.
I once heard a rapper say, “if you wanna change your life my best advice is a brick of fentanyl.” I now see what he meant. Life changed forever! Good advice
Calling the suspect a “dumb ass”, using cuss words, telling him he’s an idiot, while appropriate considering the kind of person he seems to be isn’t professional and could seriously jeopardize your case in court. Learn decorum.
I know some former addicts that were actually reformed by prison. For some people it takes a lot to get to that point. But I have seen some miracles doing counseling where people really got it and completely changed their lives. You wouldn't even recognize them. They look like completely different people.
That's the frustration of a felon who is too old to go back to Federal prison and is in the process of acceptance. Living that hard life. High risk/High reward.
The man is guilty but with a good lawyer he can have the charges dismissed because he never asked him if he can search the vehicle, he told him that he was going to search the vehicle to make sure he didn't have anything illegal. The officer violated this man's 4th amendment rights. He never gave consent for search and seizure. This officer should have known better and needs to be properly trained.
I like your comment 👍🏻😃!! The funniest thing I’ve heard a cop tell a criminal once… “You can say whatever you want, but tonight I’ll be sleeping in my comfortable bed 🛌 and you’ll be sleeping in a jail cell.” 🤣!!
Just think what party poopers the cops are to these guys... one minute your crusing down the road smoking indo thinking about your coming pay day for your haul...next you in cuffs with all kinds of charges
@@richardlawson6787The song "Gin and Juice" automatically came to mind reading your comment.😂 I'm sure ending up sitting in the back of a cop car didn't cross his mind not once.

Why does the criminal always have a bad attitude, ASP should they are the ones who have all the work to do. I live in Florida but I love watching Arkansas State Police at work!!!! GO GET 'EM!
Loved the one Trooper "you going back to prison where you belong"! Made me nervous watching all the traffic and it's so dangerous for the officers now! Have a brother who was a State Trooper for many years and was married to a Sheriff's deputy. Always conscious of the dangers of officers face.
14:05 so the plan was when the cop was around the cousin was supposed to burn off and speed past and that would let the car with the drugs in it be safe the cop didn't fall for the okie doke and this guy is mad 😅 enjoy that fed time genius 🧠
They never asked him would he submit to dui testing. They just stuck the breathalyzer in his mouth also they never told him what he was being under arrest for. Not saying he right but they could easily lose this case moving too fast
He’s watching everything because he knows he’s not going to see that pretty sun, sky, trees, birds, and other “free” people milling about for a very long time. 😁
It is clear that education never played a part in that old man's life. I bet whoever was running with his were relieved that they didn't stop too, and pissed that they lost part of their drug haul and money. I hope he gets a few years in prison.
The other Car following was supposed to be pulled over so the money and the drugs and the gun can keep going. But the trooper knows the game. Mule and a blocker
Can tell just how paramilitary their state police training must be from their bearing, uniform standards, direct demeanor. Very impressive coming from a Marine.
I sold weed for 20 years and never had an issue. The only way you get caught is your own stupidity, ie, speeding, unmaintained vehicle, and partaking of your supply outside your home. Common sense and you can make a good supplemental income.
I love the Arkansas State Troopers. No nonsense, doing the job, taking control. Huge "thanks" to the State of Arkansas for providing Law Enforcement through their State Troopers !!!
He said I know who you are Chris Handsome , I'm here for man booty , now we can do this the hard way or we can do this the easy way🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 26:49 26:54
I can't believe all the idiots trying to belittle the cop for doing his job. I appreciate the help keeping drugs from my world. I guess I don't have to complain because I don't do illegal drugs.
The fact he said he heard he was a snitch too just shows they were targetting they just waited for a valid reason to pull him. It couldve been failure to use blinker anything today they were going to get him
