Moss and Freeman have sued multiple people and organizations for repeating the lie that they were involved in a conspiracy to steal the 2020 election. Their suits allege that Giuliani and several right-wing "news" sites like One America News (OAN) accused them of criminal conduct despite knowing their claims were false. They reached a settlement with OAN, but suits against Giuliani and others are still pending.

When I was hearing both of their testimonies and how they were treated I was so FUCKING PISSED OFF my jaw was clentched and my fingers wanted to wrap around something. They went through hell because of Donnie, Rudy, and others. I hope they win every single lawsuit they have filed. Their lives were made hell because of those allsholes. People even went to Ms. Moses grandmothers house. Now than is completely fucked up.

The entire Election petition by Trump was a comedy show mixed with horror. It is a Make Believe that Even a non educated person could easily tell something's up. From the testimonies given to attorneys step by step evidence proving that the "briefcase tape" was nothing, to hearsay evidence presented to the Conservative Judges, to the Screen Play shenanigans by Mike Lindell's non visible data on screen claiming here's the evidence to Kayleigh McEnany coming with a load of files filled with empty papers claiming they were evidence. It was about making their Trump Cult believe in their claim

This is why Giuliani and Co. are either resisting and fighting the subpoenas from the Jan. 6 Committee, or when they're in front of the Committee they invoke their 5th Amendment right against self-incrimination so they don't commit perjury. Apparently John Eastman pleaded the 5th roughly 500 times when in front of the Committee. Alex Jones actually boasted about pleading the 5th. The credibility was gone from the very beginning. Where have you ever seen a trial without cross examination. Now there’s show trial run by a Hollywood production company. It’s all as phony as a 3 dollar bill. Have you ever gone to a baseball game where the home team never is allowed to bat? Of course not. Even the Chairman Bernie Thompson object to the 2016 certification. So did many on the panel. They all claimed that election was stolen. No witnesses are allowed to be cross examined and no contrary evidence can be introduced. That’s the only way you get to the truth. Remember….that’s the same bunch that told you Donald Trump was a double secret agent for the Russians for 5 years. That’s the same bunch that told you Hunter’s laptop was produced by Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin. Is that the type that would steal your vote? Of course it is. You’re being scammed very badly. It’s a Hoodwinking never seen before in American history.

Yeah I'd love to hear them describe the process by which these supposedly illegals voted, since to vote under your own name you must produce voter id and sometimes other id as well, and vote by mail with your ballot or at your precinct, where your name is looked up and marked as having voted.

I voted. I did not need documents. I very clearly asked if they wanted to see my ID and they refused. What in the hell? Also there was some major amounts of mail in voting where ballots were sent to previous addresses and current addresses. Double balloting is also considered undocumented voting.

@@danielrobertfox They can only mark you as having voted once...If they get multiple votes in your name that gets paid attention too.. The actual count of voter fraud has been extremely low.

But this doesn't mean its not necessary...just not necessary AFTER you provided it once. The first time I voted after I moved I needed my ID and a recent bill in my name to my stated address.

I don’t know about fake call. My phone turn off screen during the call, if you put it to the ear (or if you simply cover the frontal camera). I thought majority of phones do the same these days. The call might still be fake, but how come so many Americans never noticed that behavior of their phones? I guess you can’t normally see it when you talk yourself, but come on.
