Sam I'm sure they would welcome an investigation and let the FBI go about their work, unlike Mr. "No Collusion, Fake News, Sad," who is literally wanting to throw down because the FBI is doing their job. FBI, btw, is Republican, ever since J. Edgar Hoover. They don't get swayed by hush money. They practice the law, Constitutionally I may add, or what you refer to as the "deep state." Nobody is ever above the law, including Presidents.
That was really excellent, Chris! You didn't let Giuliani dupe anyone and kept control of complex legal issues without losing focus on the plain facts underlying them. You confronted a person with long legal and political experience, dialectical skills and paid a lot to dedicate himself to the obfuscation of facts. And you never gave an inch away. I wish my country had several journalists on TV as prepared and tough as you have been here. In Italy, a country of 60 m people, we have only one journalist - I think - possibly two, who would be able to run a discussion like you did here. Congratulations!

It would make for a fantastic sitcom, though unfortunately, this incompetency has cost significant lives through COVID deaths after being caught with their pants down (or in the case of Giuli, with his hands in his pants in the "Borat 2" movie.), not to mention the BILLIONS of dollars and jobs lost because of that the lack of preparation to head off the virus and mitigate effects. Drumpf / Trumpski could have done a nationwide management of the virus response, but it was entirely mismanaged....stop blaming Dr. Fauci for (and very patiently and politely) trying to convince people to make some small sacrifices now rather than make big ones later. Doc Fauci took the Hippocratic Oath and has abided by it.
