Damn, I have been searching to see how they make modern rugby balls without laces and still yet to find out how. These have a large hole which is laced up after and I could see it was difficult to turn inside out when stitched from the inside. So how do they stitch the inside of a modern ball that has no opening to turn it inside out?
Thanks for the information, I would speak to this gentleman just to ask how I can make the bladder so you have to give me his contact? The Webb-Ellis they do not tell me.
+Gianpaolo Abagnale Hi, I'm afraid I can't help you there. This video was made to preserve the art of hand making Rugby balls. This gentleman has now retired and, as far as I know, balls are no longer manufactured like this. Try contacting Webb-Ellis via their website.
