Thank you! I take that as a complement! Once upon a time many moons ago I worked in London UK in a new bank with a reputation to make. I was in charge of developing a new payment traffic processing system which, like all systems with software had its fair share of 'undocumented features' that needed sorting out. Many of the banking staff were surprised I could remain calm with urgent deadlines approaching for the processing of hundreds of millions of pounds while I searched for the root causes of errors. The bottom line is - being more agitated doesn't solve it faster - rather the opposite. When I didn't want to be disturbed, I made a paper hat from printout paper and wore it. When I was wearing it, the staff knew not to interrupt me. It worked quite well. Thanks to their capable employees and ours, that bank won much praise from other clearing banks in the City for the quality of the payment traffic processing. It's a nice story and absolutely true.
