Nice looking rifle. Group at 25 yards was pretty nice. Springer guns are all about getting a perfect artillery hold that you can repeat perfectly each and every time. + they can be picky about the pellets they like. Some pellets are great at short range and stink at long range and some shoot well at nearly every range. However, once all that is taken care of they can be single ragged hole guns at 25 yards. I played with them for a few years and then called it quits when Umarex came out with the Gauntlet PCP in 22 cal. It was simply awesome in power and accuracy but I'd been watching Hajimoto's videos and sent the gun to him to customize it. Now its even better than I could have imagined. I get 20% more power, 30% more shots per fill and the accuracy is insanely good out past 50 yards. Yes, it basically doubled the price of the gun but it's amazing and for that price at that time paying double wouldn’t produce anything near that good.
Just bought this air rifle and I can hit the bullseye 🎯 at 25 yards with ease..and I'm using the same pellets you are..just put on a better scope a 3x9 40.
Pretty cool. Ive never actually tried a Ruger air rifle. It would be interesting to see what it would do with a real nice rimfire scope like a BSA or something.
