Ruger Security 9 Trigger Spring Kit Install / Ruger Sec-9 Disassembly 

I bought it about 3 1/2 years ago to use as a training aid for my new shooters class. I ended up liking it so now it's my carry gun. It's lite, easy to operate, accurate, and 4" sight radius. The trigger kit improves everything about it.

Love my Security 9. Such an under rated pistol for the money.

An aluminum trigger and one that takes up the trigger bite would be great.

So, you can expect a 3 - 3.5 Lb. Trigger pull, depending on which springs you finally use! Nice!

I’ll take a trigger springs guide rods sights ect whatever you put out for security 9 people will buy it we have been wanting so after market support!

Does it work with the galloway precision trigger?

I would need a couple yrs of gunsmithing night school to attempt that job - no way

Please make us a trigger for the security 9 iv had two from Galloway precision there original and updated version of the Seneschal Short Stroke Trigger and both have issues the main one they have in common is the trigger pin won’t seat completely on their trigger leaving you to wonder if it will fall out there are also other issues that are easier seen on camera than I can explain. One basically the trigger safety dingus would hit the over travel block before the wrest of the trigger leaving you having to pull the trigger on the edge that’s no good. And the second version fixed that but you have to sand part of the trigger down in order to allow the trigger to reset properly and like a said both don’t allow the trigger pin to seat properly. And if you push the safety dingus even a little sideways it will get stuck not allowing a trigger pull must be directly pulled to the rear with no side pressure so not good for concealed carry. I went back to stock plastic trigger So I’ll take a new trigger if you offer it thanks
