I had a RUIPRO 25m fiber cable from amazon fail to render 4k 120hz on my 2.1 capable lg c9. noticed they also sell "certified" cables if you click the drop down on amazon for the size options. Kind of strange how it's not more obvious youre risking not having a good cable unless you spend an additional amount on it to get the "certified". I just bought the one you got here, hopefully the 50ft (15m) is enough.
