Makki ki roti uli chaha dal, hara pyaz, hari mirch, namak & anya masalay mila kar jo roti banti hai, wo to jannat kay khano se bhi zyada delicious hota hai. आपके सारे कार्यक्रम कमाल होते हैं और मैं रिपीट कर करके सुनती हूँ। मुझे सबसे ज्यादा लोकल इकॉनमी की चिन्ता रहती है और अपने हर खरीद में इस पर ध्यान देती हूं, इसलिए आज लिखने से खुद को रोक नहीं पाई। थिंक ग्लोबली, ईट लोकली में विश्वास है और रुजुता से सुन कर बहुत अच्छा लगा। सभी कार्यक्रमों के लिये साधुवाद के पात्र हैं

अरे सर बस्ती यूपी से हूं हम लोग भी काला नमक का उत्पादन करते हैं और आपने जो कहावत सुनी है वह बिल्कुल सही है बहुत ही अच्छी खुशबू होती है काला नमक चावल की बस उत्पादन कम होता है और पौधों में रोग बहुत ज्यादा लगता है

This protein shakes this to much worried about fat brother make indians old faster because as much we start getting mature like over 30 then we need littel fat around our neck on face if we have that then wrinkles not came fast you can push wrinkles to your 50 plus please don't worry about this food in last 10 years I lost 100 pounds 3 times without any diet

Chaliye ak Recipes main bhi share kar dun... Agar aap ko aisa lagta hai ki cough ya balgam aap ke chest me jam gaya hai... To ak table spoon desi ghee ko halka garm (lukewarm) kar le.....aur usme ak chutki kala namak aur ak chutki kali mirch powder daal kar pi lena..... Balgam nikalne me help karega.

मैं India से बाहर रहती हूं. यहां कभी कभी लोग पूछते हैं,ये घी क्या है तो मैं उन्हें पहले तो बताती हूं फिर खुद घर पर बनाकर as a gift देती हूं, लोग बहुत खूश होते हैं ।ये घी बनाने की तरीके अपनी मां से सिखी थी। यहां के लोगों ने तो बासमती के अलावा कोई अन्य चाबल जानते ही नहीं, और सही चाबल बनाने भी नहीं आता

Rujuta is someone who helped me to establish age old food habits back to my home. Else we were just proving ourselves to be ''padhe likhe ganwar!'' We are fortunate enough to have her in our times when food and medicine have exchanged their places with each other due to propoganda created by marketing tactics. Saurabh ji ko hardik dhanyavad iss behad rochak aur mahatvapurna charcha k liye. 🙏🏻

hi sir, Main Pehle utni jyda kitabe nhi padhta tha, but aapki kitabwala show, aur neta nagri show me diye gaye suggestions se prerit hokar maine ye decide kiya hai kam se kam ek kitab ek mahine me padhna hai. Janta hu k aapki jaisi speed to nhi hai padhne ki lekin kosis jari hai ise badhane ki, av 4 kitabe hai jinko padhna hai, 5th kitab ye wali order kar di hai bas Monday ko deliver ho rahi hai to ise v padhna hai. Main job karta hu lekin aage ki padhai v baanki hai . Main aapse itna impress hua ki ab se maine decide kiya hai k din me kam se kam 100 pages padhne ki kosis krunga, kuch meri padahi ki kitabe, kuch aapke suggested book. Thanku so much.
