Now with your definition do you disagree with: ""Many Gurus are said to dwell in the Realm of Mind" ? Now if you disagree tell me your definition of Guru. Then I will respond. He is not misunderstanding Rumi. Rather you are misunderstanding Jagi Vasudev . Love is the Bhakti yoga. It's the sweetest way to reach God and without emotions there are no other way. But bhakti must evolve to Gyan yoga. Without it the destination cannot be reached. Both bhakti and gyan yog are needed to reach there. We also had Chaitanya, meerabai, Jagannath Das, Tulsi Das, Kabir, Nanak, Sur Das, Ravi Das, Ramkrishna, Ramprasad sen,. So many. I am reading Rumi and there are no doubt that he got enlightenment. Bhakti do lead to mukti eventually but many do not reach destination by getting intoxicated with love or bhakti..They do not want to... 😊

Always fails to describe absolute truth. Logical understanding of Love, which Rumi mentions in many of his work fail to bypass critical faculty to reach deep down to OUR HEART.

And which should we prefer; concepts or love.
