Run Chart
Those who are associated with manufacturing of engineering products, are always concerned about the process stability.
We can use tools like Control Chart and Run Chart to know the process stability. However, out of these two, Run Chart is the front runner as it is more efficient than the Control Charts.
In this video, the speaker explains about the process of plotting a Run Chart and its explanation.
About Yash Khetrapal: Yash has worked with the corporate world for more than 39 years, holding senior positions in big multinationals. Yash has undergone intensive training at Japan’s various plants 5 times and also Leadership Training at National University Singapore. Further, he studied, Boeing’s logistics system at Everett America. In addition he has taken Japanese Language Training at AOTS Nagoya (CKC : Toyota city) wherein he received language training of Chuu Kyuu level. After doing his engineering in 1982 he later gained a PGDBA in Operations. Yash has extensively studied various ancient Indian scriptures like Ram Charit Manas, Bhagwat Gita, Shukra Neeti, Chanakya Neeti, Arth Shastra, Panchtantram, etc. and relates learning from these to the current corporate world. His specialization lies in Leadership Training to senior functionaries along with other behavioral skills and technical Skills, which is backed by a broad experience in Supply Chain, Warehousing and Logistics and Cost Management, with shop floor exposure to more than 200 industries in India and Japan.
