I sell those filing cabinets all day long for 100 a pop and those lunch box shelving units was definitely worth a ton a piece at the least and those folding deck chairs are worth good money 20-50 Don’t be afraid of a bit of rust people buy shit like that all the time get in contact with a local reseller

There's a guy near me that goes scrapping for small items and electrical cable on a bicycle, he's got a big box attached to the back of it.

Save up all the bit's and bob's you get and do a carboot sale market , walking sticks will sell , get the clocks looked at or look on e bay to give you an idea of what they are and what they are worth , good luck Gary .

When you get those heavy old Cast-iron baths, you should do what the Plumbers used to do - Wear it like a Turtle-Shell and it becomes FAR MORE manageable (not a joke) A bit like a Plasterers Hod, makes a barrow-full of muck feel light as a feather :-) .....
