I've been stopped twice here in Devon no problems there didn't expect me to have my carrier license and scrap license (needed in Devon) checked my van over couldn't find anything thing first time it had been mot'ed that morning second time just had new tyres all round I had abit of a f**k you moment when they left

Stainless is non magnetic. If you need to find the difference between aluminium and stainless, use a grinder. If it sparks its stainless, if there is no sparks its aluminium
I’m hoping somebody could help me.. Looking at getting a waste carriers licence so I can do waste removals. One thing I’m struggling with is where do you take it? Round my area we only have Household recycling centers which obviously won’t take the waste??
You need a scrap licence from the council You will be collecting from, if your doing mobile street collections. Plus you need upper tier waste licence. As for paying tax, it is calculated over the year
