Running Shoes for Kids 

I normally only review adult size running shoes, but since my daughter started running middle school cross country and track, I’ve had to try and figure out how to buy kids running shoes. In this video, I’ll go over a few categories of running shoes for kids and discuss which kids each category could work for.
