G'day guys, today we are reacting to Runrig singing The Story. Runrig is a Scottish band from the Isle Of Skye they sing in both Scottish Gaelic and english. This song was great, this made me emotional for some reason. Seeing clips of Scotland and Glasgow. Also this reminded me of my parents.

Loved your reaction and how emotional you got, runrig always does that to me too, I went to their last ever concert 2018 in stirling, man that was emotional watching Malcolm the guitarist crying at the end set me off bawling like a baby. If you have time give it a watch. Hearts of olden glory live at stirling 2018 try not to cry

My all time favourite band! THANK YOU! Yeah this makes me cry - it did on the first listen, it did at the concert and it still does. Th is is from their final album. The pictures and images of Scotland -- it doesn't leave your blood does it?

Hard to believe that Rory mc Donald wrote this song over 50 years ago alongside going home and the role of the wind which became know as the mighty Atlantic

Tolles Lied. Ich höre Runrig schon seit Jahren. Eins der schönsten Lieder. Nebenbei, Schottland ist einfach klasse! Tolle Menschen, krasse Landschaft und der Whisky... Kann man verstehen, dass man da etwas vermisst. Ich liebe das Land!

Loved Runrig for 35 years now, they are not big in Sweden where i live but they have made so many great songs and albums :) "Song called America", "Harvest moon", "Loch Lomond" recorded in Barrowlands live is just a killer! "The earth was once green", "Going home", "Move a mountain", "Pride of the summer", "The cutter", "Only the brave", "Tear down these walls", "Canada", "This darkest winter", "Skye" and the list goes on and on :))) Been watching you for a while and i`m now a subscriber, keep it up :))

whenever i'm missing home on deployments i always play runrig . it's sad that the band has disbaned but the story will never end . the music is powerful and emotional . happy you enjoyed it as much as riggies do . I missed the last dance due to returning from japan and deployment lol the hour it finished i landed in edinburgh lol

Hey man! Now I got my explanation. I was so confused because you wrote in the channel description you are an Aussie. Than you said Glasgow is your city... I feel with you. There is no way not to miss Scotland. The people, the landscape, the pubs 😁 Even if I am not Scottish I get emotional every time I see pictures of Scotland or hear Scottish songs like Highland Cathedral or Caledonia. Songs from the High Kings or even the Red Hot Chili Pipers. Seems a bit strange to miss a country that much you weren't born in. Maybe I am just Scottish inside my heart I think.
