Maybe Bell only exist in Adler's imagination, just like Mason imagined Reznov is fighting along side with him. Basically, in the main campaign we're actually played as Adler himself only. He is the only one to be brainwashed.

I think Adler will be a "bad guy" before/by the end of season 6...I'm hoping anyways!

Interestingly enough, Maxis also seems to have a peer assessment from Perseus (despite her canonicity in MP being debatable) they note that while she’s typically comedic and her fellow operators appreciate the dry humor, she also has a streak of working solo, and in fact “represents a greater threat to our goals more than anyone else in the global intelligence community”

Season 5, Bell is revealed to be alive and does what Adler did to them: Use MK Ultra to reveal Perseus's plan, then convince Adler to once again fight for the right side. But this is Bell we are talking about, it won't be as simple as "Needle in eye", Bell is going to put Adler through hell as a way of revenge while getting the info they need.

For woods in 61 he participated in the bay of pigs invasion and in 63 he went with mason to kill dragovich at the rocket launch station

Also, I think that you forgot to mention the Number Sequence Tapes that were stolen by Stitch's men at Yamantau (It was shown in Season 3 Opening Cutscene) were also used on Adler and other test subjects, so Adler is basically a successful Sleeper Agent who was subjected to the Numbers like Mason before him (But, Mason's programming has been changed by Reznov at the last minute to kill Dragovitch, Steiner, and Krevchenko.)

I think 1961 is "Operation 40" and 1963 is the operation to stop the two rockets Soyuz 1 and 2 or the operation to save Weaver in Woods's bio.

If they made a black ops game in 1948 when woods first joined the military that would be so cool and woods could be the main character and they can show how he met Mason and bowman

Considering that there are people like Wraith and Knight who joined Perseus out of frustration with their country's leadership, they might just try to appeal to people like Woods and Baker with that same perspective. Park's Peer Assessment ends with confirmation that she's fiercely loyal to the UK and M16, so that's essentially saying 'We can't convince her to join us' but the 'further observation' implies they think they could turn the other operators without brainwashing.

I was surprised to see Adler back on the field fighting again after what happened to him I thought he would of got the same treatment as Mason did in Black Ops 1 but guess not but Mason is still yet to come out as a playable character as he knows what the numbers are too

Hey Inkslaher every piece of Intel in the season missions in modern warfare have to do with Cold War especially the letters between Zeakeav and Perseus and their “plan”

He ink could you do another in depth look at the bios of all the operators

just putting this idea out there if Adler was brainwashed could it also be possible that he is immune to it since he has past experience with it. So he could play along with Stiche and learning everything about the plan so he might know that they were trying to brainwash other operators and he doesn't know who to trust at this time. This doesn't explain everything but i think it would be a more interesting story to me.

i guess we'll never know for sure until the next season.

Hudson doesn't call Adler "Rus" for a reason. He should rather call him Sus Adler cause he is always secretive and mysterious but it further confirms in the warzone series that he is under Stitch control( which meaning he is a sleeper agent).

the first mission of bo1 operation 40 started in 1961 which was the failed assassination attempt of castro by the cia and was most likely redacted in woods bio since the attack failed badly and probably were covering up any evidence from the attack.
