Wow, many have fallen for Russels DARVO tactics. I looked into this case with an open mind as a former fan of RB. I was immediately met with significant evidence to severely doubt Russells innocence and seriously suspect his guilt, any rational unbiased person would feel the same. Evidence including though not limited to the fact that one of the accusers checked herself into a rape crisis centre the same day of the alleged rape to receive immediate care. She reported the incident and there is verified documentation of this reporting. In addition to this there is a detailed text conversation she exchanged with Russell that same day, in which she describes how much he had hurt her regarding their sexual encounter, to which Russel apologised for what he had done! Essentially admitting his fault. Of course his phone number was also verified. Russell could sue if this were false and they would be absolutely screwed. He hasn’t and won’t, because they did their due diligence to avoid being met with a disastrous law suite. That’s just one piece of evidence. My gosh at this point rape might as well be legal and socially acceptable because it is damn near impossible to get a conviction or get people to even have the dignity to research the claims and examine the evidence before audaciously dismissing every accuser. I guarantee even if there was clear footage of a man violently raping a women people would still have doubts and find ways to dismiss the victim. Awful world we live in, as a mother I am horrified. All this talk about groomers, though nobody in the media seems to really care unless it aligns with their political agenda. Post-fact world indeed: the rape kit and texts are not smoking guns. I condemn Russel for what we know for a fact he did and I do tend to suspect him of worse considering there isn't much at all to counter the weight of so much suspicious behavior (I also am interested in his Olympic ceremony performance and that whole conspiracy angle considering how lude and cozy he was with Jimmy Saville), but I'm not going to call the rape allegations open and shut before I see the evidence and legal battle play out. It sets a vulnerable precedent otherwise and the same goes for the UK government threatening to get entire social media outlets shut down for not demonetizing his content.

That's why you've had the letter you have, because you're calling him the R word. These are unproven allegations, even if he's arrested and charged they're are still unproven allegations and that's the law. Hei has a presumption of Innocence until proven guilty in a court of law. The reason this important, is that we cannot have a situation where people are found guilty based on another word, without evidence and due process of the legal process. This would set a dangerous precedent for everyone and why you're being irresponsible, you could find yourself in a similar situation in the future, accused of something or your son, father, uncle, cousin, would you want people saying they were guilty without being found guilty in court?
