Almost half of Russia's industrial enterprises experiences the shortage of employees of various specialities and qualification levels. The figure is a record high since 1996. The decline in the birth rate in the 1990s and Russia's war against Ukraine are the main reasons why the federation is in acute shortage of labour, experts believe. That's just completely untrue. Is there any country that's doing well without a federal government? This is an anarchistic fantasy that has been tried before and it has always failed because of the lack of cohesion within such entities. A federal government is just a tool. It's neither good or evil. That all depends on how it's used.

I think the labor shortage is going to get worse still after the Crocus City Hall attack. I’ve heard interviews with people working in Russia from one of the Stan countries and they said they are going home because of how they are now being treated by the public because they are Muslim.

I was wondering how long it would be before Russia would admit to their "Brain-Drain" problem. When the top tier brains leave, the second tier brains becomes the top tier. AGAIN, when this less intelligent "top tier" leaves, the third tier becomes the "top tier" brains. Somewhere in this progression the point of diminishing returns is reached and the "top tier" intellectual community isn't qualified to leave. Back in the early 1990s, I met a Russian MD who had immigrated to the U.S. shortly after the fall of the Soviet Union, he was in his 50s and was very disgruntled that he did not qualify for a Medical Doctor license in the U.S. and was working as a "Nurse". "Nonfat" milk is basically just water.

Even putler said that the regime has only population of 12m in Asian part of it. Adding 80m max in European part, one gets 92m. Not the figure of the regime's propaganda of 140m. Minus 1m killed and wounded, and 5m who run away from war and mobilisation. Real population of the largest country in the world is 85m, less than Vietnam or Congo😂

Eastern Ukraine is incredibly rich in oil, gas and other resources. If PoopTin can hold onto that, and continue to make tiny advances (at massive cost in men and equipment), eventually Kilensky will be replaced and Russia will achieve a ceasefire. Then they will be seen as the winners.
