Kerala has a major shortage of workers due to negative population growth, Middle Eastern migration for higher salaries, and most younger population going to colleges and looking only for white-collar jobs. Our Bihar and UP hardworking brothers are filling this gap, love them all. Whenever they work for me, I invite them to my home and offer tea and snacks.
