An old and rare recording of the Imperial Russian anthem "God Save The Tsar", used from 1833 until the Empire's downfall in 1917. Unfortunately, I do not know the date of this recording

@@Central_Intelligence_Agency_ Nope. It was not recorded in USSR, but could be in USA, France or something. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-zXX8ZQ-Bxp8.html that recording was made in France 1930, so there is a possibility that it was the France as for this one. And somewhere in 30's, without a doubt. And of course I would write 10000-word essay on acoustic recordings vs electric recordings. This one is an electrical which should be abvious if you are into the topic of history of sound recording.

Its best to say the Czardom and the Soviets were no better than eachother, the common thing they had were ignorant to what was happening, the Czardom ignored the problem of industrialization and worsening conditions, the Soviets ignored it by censorship and massacre
@uros3701
@uros3701 Год назад
@@USSFFRU No,Tsardom didn't ignore industrialization and conditions,before WW1 and after Japanese war so 1906-1914 Russia was industrializing fast and it would have continued,Tsardom worked on problem of industrialization more and more until WW1 broke out. Had it continued,Tsardom would have industrialized fully and made conditions much much better than during Stalin's times. So,it's best to say that Tsardom was much better than Soviets. Also Tsardom didn't do as much censorship as soviets and Tsardom kept real Russian culture,Orthodoxy,art, Russian politics while Soviets destroyed all of that even tho most of Russia supported all that stuff.

Old? this recording was recorded after 1992 Source: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-8kep3iqrPQQ.html the first 10 seconds was the intro song of the Russian film company CTB, which was not founded until 1992. I believe this was in the early days of the company due to quite poor sound quality and a sped up version of the intro.

It seems to me that it was recorded exactly in the 19th century, maybe earlier than 1860?
@amnopusthegreat
@amnopusthegreat Год назад
Definitely later than 1860, the first ever recording existed until today is created by a French guy named Scott in 1859 using a 435 hz tuning fork (slighty lower A). I think it is early 20th century as recordings started to become more common then (e.g. gaisberg went to Russia on April 1900 for recording music from local artist) :)

@@sayhanwadud6172 Man, if it was recorded in 1915 (electrical recording was introduced in 1925, before there was acoustic method), it would've sound differently. You gotta have a read on history of sound recording and listen to thousands of different records to get the idea of what I am talking about. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-zXX8ZQ-Bxp8.html this is a instrumental recording from 1930, from France, most likely performed by musicians that were russian emigrants (bc you know, Soviet Union). Taking into account both facts we can clearly assume the the vocal recording was 30 or 40, but more likely 30'. Even could've been made the same day, who knows...

@@apsifox5874 This is the problem with Communism, Even though the Tsarist regime had flaws they did allowed religious freedom and Ethnic groups werent AS forcefully russifyed during the tsars regime. However the Communists led the country into an dark age of unsafe times and genocides of religious groups and the burning of the russian orthodox cathedral in 1933 and Forced athiesm basically making the people of russia live under an poorly and genocidal led regime from 1922 to 1991. The tsars allowed far much better freedom of the russian people. Tsar Nicholas could have continued to fight until his last breath but choose to Abdicate and told the people of russia not to avenge him even when he had considerable support still. And then an group of communists massacred Nicholas and his son as well as his family and raped his sister which is what communism symbolizes. Russia would have been better off without 23 million brother and sisters of russia being killed. Fuck genocidal communes like you.
