one thing I don't like about the video it looks fake??? unreal...I will say this man has made me move in unnatural ways... understanding body mechanics is a useful tool. thank you Vladimir🙏
One and one and one is three: relaxation, calmness, willpower. One thing I can tell you is you've got to be free: determination to terminate the enemy at once and on the spot. The warrior mindset: kill or be killed. To be or not to be. Tertium non datur
One of my favorite clips. :) I'm experimenting with making instructional material myself. Would be great to hear your opinion Vladimir. I am referencing your material. Dharma blessings, Ron
Such great work, much of it priceless, I think because there was the freedom of knowing it was just testing not the "real thing". Pity some of it didn't make it onto the final video(s) - the quality seems similar.
I really don't hate Systema, I actually find it very interesting, but can anybody who's exprerienced, tell me, how boxing jabs to the face are defended? Like in Boxing? Or is there always the approach "worst case scenario, punch about to arrive in the face, let's evade it at least"? Don't get me wrong I like alot of principles.
+Aphrophis What I have been taught is that movement and evasion is the first thing to do. Even if you get smashed in the face, the difference in stance and relaxation means that, because you don't feel committed to standing and dying, it's going to hurt a heck of a lot less than if you have a boxing stance and just take one to the face.
