Today I am showing you how to use the russian piping tips with whipped cream. These tips have been around for quite some time already and I finally tried them. At first I thought they wouldn't work out with #whippedcream but after a few tries I found out some tricks, which I am sharing in the video and I think the cupcakes turned out pretty cute! Over all I found the #russianpiping tips to be pretty great!

Loved ur work 😘I always prefer whipped cream to buttercream, meringue and fondants though they are commonly used,still nothing can beat the taste of Whipped cream for me

I love this, Thankyou Eva! I have used these tips also to make a fault line cake with flowers in the ‘gap’ section. They were so easy to use and make a floral display in the ‘valley” sorry I have no idea what that middle section is called! It’s also beautiful to use some yellow in the centre of the piping bag so that the stamens are yellow, even though sometimes some portals end up yellow too or some stamens the colour of the flower I love the soft colours you have used here! Just beautiful work, Eva!

I can finally go back to using my Russian piping tips. I never really liked buttercream. thank you for this video 😍 they look really pretty!

Well it is definitely harder to use the russian piping tips with whipped cream but with lots of patience it can turn out really pretty😉

Even though I can't hear you , your video is informative. you hold the tip up and away from the cupcake when you squeeze the tube. Gives it a much cleaner look from all other's I have watched. The whip cream gives it a real clean look, distinctive and sharp edge to the flowers. So thank you. Hope you get the volume squared away.

How much to whip the cream, so that we can get these flowers..I had tried with soft peaks but the just did not turn out

Bravo lil Lady excellent. Tell us who to make the whipped cream so we can go at it at home with our creations. Buttercream doesn't have to rule whipped cream could share the throne.

hi I always watch your videos and picking more ideas thank you so much, I am using fresh cream to decorate my cakes all the time but I haven't try on Russian tips I just want to know if there's any ingredients other than the cream? I

Hi, Im very happy to hear that you find my tutorials helpful! And no I don't add anything to my whipped cream. I just use the non dairy whipped cream.

Hi! Do you chill your flowers (those flowers from other videos) before you assemble them? I am not able to find Ambiante in my country and it is difficult to buy from the link you shared, is there another brand you would recommend?

Hi! I usually don't but you can absolutely do that. Freezing them for about 20 minutes makes it alot easier to add them onto a cake. You could try any other non dairy whipped cream and hopefully you find one that works for you!😊

what is the right consistency of the cream? n the bag should be filled half way??

Make sure the whip cream is stiff but not to thick. As long as you don't overfill your piping bag it will be fine.

You can refrigerate them but they will also stay well at room temperature😊

I found it was a little harder with whipped cream than I had imagined but it worked though. Make sure your cream is not to stiff and when you're done squeezing, release the piping bag very quickly! That helped me to get some pretty cupcakes!

Oh no! Russian tips definitely require a lot of work and patience and the consistency of the cream has to be perfect!

Tip for ur second point. Try keeping the cream in the freezer for some time to stiffen it. Russian piping tips work well with stiffer cream. So try it. It might work.

Eva isn’t using whipped cows milk cream....I made some horrors when I thought she was......Eva could you please tell us (once again) what the cream you are using, is. In Australia, we don’t have these creams, the only thing we call whipped cream is the 30-35% fat, cream from a cow. There is one available called viizyon, it’s a powder, but it has a very artificial vanillin flavour. Wish we had the kind you use. I’ve looked for it on Amazon but it can’t be sent to Aus :(

I have finally found a place in Australian that sells Ambiante! I am so excited! I think they may only sell wholesale but have sent them an email to find out. Once I know I am happy to share with other Australians that love Eva’s work as much as I do and want to try it....watch this spot....I’ll be back to let you know how it goes!

My cream doesn't melt...but flowers don't get proper shape . Half of the flower remains on the cake nd half comes out with the nozzle. Need help.

Is these whipped cream with gelatine? I tried whipped cream with these Russian tips but it was too soft and unable to hold the shape. I always wonder does it work with those stabilise whipped cream (gelatine)
