Very cool, interesting, artsy and proggy tune! Mark Hollis is gone but Rustin Man (Paul Webb) (and no doubt, drummer Lee Harris is on the album), are keeping Mark's and Talk Talk's memory alive! Kudos!

I looked into this because I was so impressed with Webb's bass playing on the Talk Talk albums, but this is just odd sounding and possibly auto tuned. Kind of a letdown.

Guess what bro? ALL music is Autotuned now and has been since the late 1990's! It's a standard production tool of the recording industry so any music of the last 20 years must be a letdown then. And the "odd" sounding aspect is what makes it sounds great! If you want to hear Talk Talk sing "Talk Talk" then you should just listen to that. Commercial 1980's stuff with no Autotune!
