You have to write it without the gap. It should look like RUSTYLAKE

You need to choose the corresponded letter from each family member's name. e.g. A6 means the 6th letter from whose name starts with A. You will find ALBERT, and the 6th letter of ALBERT is T. The rest are the same, and then you'll get the code RUSTYLAKE. Hope this helps.
