Coming from a somewhat neutral observer living in Nebraska, it seems like Rutgers has been making significant progress over the past few years. It wouldn’t surprise me if they get a top 25 ranking within the next few years. Then again, I’ve never played football competitively so what I think might not hold a lot of weight.
