Rutgers Science and Arts Collaborators Address Food Insecurity 

Food Fuels Minds. Solving food insecurity is interdisciplinary. Rutgers School of Environmental and Biological Sciences partnered with faculty from Mason Gross School of the Arts. They worked collaboratively with students at a local community college to combine art, science, and research to develop meaningful outcomes.
