Conclusion : Performance is solid , 1080P/very high gives a 60fps avg with sometimes drops to mid 50s , so if you can accept that then play with this setting or try with 1080P/High. if you have 1440P display then 1440P med gives close to 60fps avg , or just use high settings with quality fsr and it still looks sharp . Sometimes , FG crashes the game for me and sometimes it works, pretty weird but hopefully it will get sorted out .

I think enabling dynamic resolution solves all the problems, stable locked 60 fps.

fsr3 quality looks decent imo , there are some few shimmering effect /noise on the grass if you move fast , but other than taht i think it looked fine

i5 8400 will easily bottleneck this card. dont do it .get atleast something like a 3700x or a 5600 or on intel side , like 10600K or 11600K

i think there maybe something wrong with your gpu im playing it pulling 143 watts and getting 83fps on very high 2k

probably , you are usign some Upscaler like fsr or dynamic res. is set or Frame Generation is ON, this gpu cant get over 60 fps at native 1440P very high and neither the better gpus than this one like a rtx 3060ti or a rx 6700xt

Bro your CPU temp at over 80 with average of 40-45% usage is not healthy. Change thermal paste or cooler. Just a reminder.

FSR is better than TAA, the best is still DLAA which is currently the best technology for anti-aliasing although you must have nvidia gpu, in this game I see fsr 3.1 works very well it has almost caught up to dlss although It's still bad, mainly when moving the camera and it will notice the most clearly or when you zoom in on a point to see, FSR's FG is very good, you can turn it on even when using dlss, I have noticed it increases latency quite a lot compared to dlss's FG, it seems that nvidia's FG technology has lower latency, in terms of quality I don't see any difference in both FG technologies.
