Question about the intake temps with the Greddy cooler. Do you run all the greddy ducting that comes with the kit? Also I notice the dyno fan is MILES away from the front of the car which wouldn't have been helping. I talked to you at RE about the cooler and am considering buying a kit myself. But I don't want to waste my money if it doesn't work. I remember you were saying its OK ISH on the track but the temp still creeps up. Also if you run the factory FD intake temp sensor they are super SLOW and lazy and read colder than the temp actually is. Else I could be interested in buying your intercooler and trying it myself...
Hey! It might just be the front ducting I have that Is making the intercooler perform poorly. It's ok on the track but not great. On the dyno things get way to hot. I can't answer the question about the factory air intake temp sensor I removed it and replaced it with an aftermarket unit they are reasonbly cheap to purchase.
@@RCrazyNZ is your front ducting not greddy? that’s good to hear about the aftermarker sensor, it means it’s reading accurate temps. Can you give me an example of temps on the street or track if you are say at 30C then do a full 3rd gear pull from 2000rpm to redline then what’s the temp at the end? 45-55C What turbo and boost are u running?
@@RCrazyNZ Ahh right so you are running NO ducting at all just the cooler sitting there. Add some ducting and you might find the cooler works just fine. I have a S362 SX-E 16psi 287kw with stock Intercooler! Just hoping the greddy works..
@MrSammy696969 Yeah I have ducting. All alloy plates with divider in-between. It's just aftermarket though not the greddy kit was made by prestige automotive I think in wellington.
