"Naughty or Spice"
Ingredients:
Gin, Demerara Sugar, Apple Cider, Prosecco, Cinnamon sugar, apples, cinnamon stick, lime wedge
1) Make Cinnamon Sugar Rim (1 part Cinnamon: 4 part Sugar).
2) Rub lime wedge around glass then rim the glass into Cinnamon Sugar Rim. Set Aside
3) Make Demerara Syrup (1 part Demerara sugar: 1 part hot water)
4) Add 1.5 oz Gin, 0.5 oz Demerara Syrup, 2 oz Apple Cider.
5) Shake and strain over rimmed glass filled with ice. Top with Prosecco.
6) Garnish with Cinnamon stick and Apple Slices
