Ingredients: Gin, Whiskey, Spiced Pear Liqueur, Cinnamon Simple, Egg nog Garnish: Grated Nutmeg, rocks glass
1) Make Cinnamon Simple (1 part sugar: 1 part hot water: cook with cinnamon sticks and set aside)
2) Add 1 oz Gin, 1 oz Whiskey, 1/2 oz Spiced Pear Liqueur (St. George), 1/4 oz Cinnamon Simple, 1 oz Eggnog
3) Shake and strain over rocks glass (filled with ice). Grate fresh nutmeg and serve!
