KingRy demonstrates to Coach Joe Goosen and Pro Coach Henry on how to work with the Fierce Reflex bag. He gives tips on how to develop rhythm and style.
@@msfa2004 it’s $570 for the elite hybrid and $500 for the pro elite. you just gotta stay on top of it when it comes to their restocks cause they’re always sold out.
Yeah bro i do boxing myself and if your a beginner i wouldnt recommend this i would practice on a bag first get your fundamentals down like correcting your jab your stance you know👍👍
Damn he's fucking Razor Sharp with it! I always come back to these vids and learn something new. Impresive rifined timing and crazy speed. Deadly opponent for anyone out there, just saying dont sleep on the kid he might just be tanks biggest test. That's my personal opinión, dont want to cause adversity...
what about Ryan vs Alberto MAchado. This is a good match up, and they both 5' 10., I heared Machado moving up weights to 140 with new trainer Ivan Calderon
I purchased both the medium ru-vid.comUgkxfh2XUOHWYHKQYOvSq2gZ6PyCmVkTFGWz and small speed bags from Meister. I'm very glad I got both as the workout is quite different from the two. The small is fantastic for getting your speed built up once familiar with your striking. The medium bag provides a considerable amount more resistance building more strength in your punches. I highly recommend both sizes. Some people have expressed concern over the latex bladder leaking down more frequently than the traditional rubber. I have not found this to be an issue at all.
A strong fighter who overcame many obstacles and respectable individual a man who I have the highest respect for a long with many of the past fighters as Julio Cesar Chavez etc.. and into the future nuff respects g✊👊
Saludos
He doesnt move his head though, he hits it then decides 'right next punch im moving my head' then moves the moment he punches. His head doesnt move otherwise.
Put on some Rocky music and just having fun on these things is an unmatched feeling. Will it make you all that much better compared to going to train? No. Will you get covid? Also no. So a pretty good trade off to me. Of course this was during the pandemic though. Now we should just go to the gym.
They need to let Ryan finish what he was doing they just bugged in and was like “Ryan, you’re not listening” “do a step back” like let him do his thing
Big welding problem on the base and the spring, frankly the manufacturing should review their welding operation, I am really disappointed. It's not the first time that I hear this problem in addition ... The brackets square of the base are not even welded on all the length.Lack of welding points on the spring and base, sloppy work, too bad, we only improve with the feedback from the testers.... Improving your welding operation on your product is very important. Believe me you won't be disappointed for the sequels in the future. Respecfully
@@lukegoldx hello, bladder support that unscrews, the ball unscrews, fragile welds and fastening button that spins in a vacuum, poorly finished product
Not being so tense is a very key component with speed/reflex bags. Like Ryan said in reality you just have to keep playing with the bag and developing your own rhythm. Trying to get to serious and tense at first with the bag will always make you get frustrated easy. I’ve seen guys that are actually ok amateur level boxers that still suck with the reflex/standing speed bags and then I’ve seen beginner teenagers play around with them and after a few months actually develop good rhythms with them. Same concept can be applied with jump roping as well.
Ryan has to start with basic fundamentals and spar cause the speed you display on the bag , doesn’t necessarily play out in the ring, cause the bag doesn’t move or hit, so you’re not exerting as much energy as you do in the ring. His most recent trainer , spilled the beans and said Ryan doesn’t listen to nothing,
Lets be honest. Ryan's defense is ass. He only uses this to show off his speed because his defense has not improved at all. This is suppose to be used to improve head movement yet Ryan can't move his head to save his life in the ring. I'm surprised no one aside from Campbell chinned this guy. He better not go up against accurate hitter like Davis because he will get dropped badly.
@@plet.s Ah, yes, because you have to be a professional chef to complain about how your food tastes, or has to be a professional movie director to say that a movie is bad. That "but can you do better" argument doesn't work.
@@devictor9486 agree; but it takes guts/ courage to enter a challenge and be critique. While most people only like to mention the negative; rarely ever do folks complement the positive of a chefs cooking. This young man is a professional for a reason; its a lifestyle not just the performance. With the exception to heavier divisions where genetics plays a huge factor; in most sports these lighter weight class are for my exhausting physically and mentally. Exception of course earlier 2000s boxing where they made the sport more media base trying to setup easier wins to setup single huge ppv events etc
if he goes for tank after fortuna he is fucked... he should do what he wanted to do a year ago, fight fortuna, then jojo, then so and so, but even after jojo i dont think he'd be ready for tank, maybe kambosos. Haney, cruz, tank beat ryan with ease
