I fully thought "Failure Podcast" was an insult and not the actual name of the podcast when I clicked on this.

My favorite part of this show is the Ryan Kavanaugh Vs Ethan Klein lore and their lawsuits. Not only have I learned valuable information about Ryan (although he does look like Harvey Weinstein he is not in fact him) I also learned how he was accused of a Ponzi scheme and how he has lost multiple lawsuits and sued for fraud. My favorite is now Kav Kav thinking he has the capacity to run a podcast while Nostradamusing his own failures of said podcast by the guests he interviews and willingly self reporting his failures by naming his podcast failure. Ryan Kavanaughis going to have all his expensive lawyers watching all H3s podcasts giving Ethan more clicks equating more money, So Kav Kav please keep suing Ethan this is great content!

45:20 Nigel says he was removed from his show “last year.” His removal was announced in January 2024, but he was most likely told about it before, in 2023. But after this Failure episode aired/was reacted to, wasn’t there an edit/update all about how it was filmed in November 2023 (probably to try to make it seem like KavKav had no idea about the allegations). So if in November 2023, Nigel says he was removed “last year” that would make that 2022. So either they knew the allegations were coming way back then and informed him of his removal but only announced it when the allegations became public. Or, more likely, KavKav is lying about when this was filmed to try to cover his ass for platforming an (alleged) predator. I don’t know if any of that made sense. Just something I noticed 🤷🏼‍♀️ ~✨🐀✌🏻💜

It would be a good show if 1 he didn't have p d f files on the show and 2 if he had successful people talk about times they failed not people you succeed wildly and failed one or two really hard times
