5:51 even though the plane is pressurized, the preassure is not the same as when the package was closed, which means, that when you're on the air, the preassure difference between the inside of the package and the outside is less, so the package puffs. If you were to land with it closed you'd see the bag is back to its normal size. No one asked, but still had to be said :v

I once used a watch with a barometer, that "assumed" it was on an altitude of 2000+ metres above sea level, if i remember correctly the indication was approximately 800 hPa. Similarly, while I was living on a mountainous region, at an altitude of 1600m, all packaged foods and snacks looked so inflated like this on the video, and it took me some weeks to figure out why...

It takes 3 years of practise, simulating and exams (teorical, phsicologycal, physical) to became a pilot, included landing and taking off. Getting a car license takes literally 10 min, so think about it

Totally agree, they're basically just doing their job. Tens of thousands of planes successfully complete flights worldwide every single day, there is nothing miraculous about that you have landed and stayed alive, lol. I can understand that this has became a tradition tho. I also heard pilots saying that they love it when the crew informs them about ovations.. yeah they can't even hear you clapping! :)

I actually flew out of Frankfurt in 2016. I had to take the bus to get to the plane. I was a A340 in the Star Alliance Group logo. I also ate some harbo gummy bears. The flight was to Atlanta. The a340 is on the endangered list.
