Well, technically, according to Greek mythology, the Hydra is, in fact, the baby of the Typhon, which is said to be ten times bigger than a Hydra, as well as has one hundred heads, and is much harder to slay than a Hydra. Edit: I saw that it was a Typhon and was disappointed with the boss design here.
steve boone or just basically use the heaven diskarmor remote attack repeatedly on some of them. It’s a cakewalk. Some examples include Red Boa, Centaur and Cetus(use Sea Diskarmor Tracer when he starts breaking ice chasing after you).
I would definitely try it out it's extremely fun and although the controls are a bit wonky, the game is still far from unplayable. The bosses are challenging, the story is great, and the soundtrack is amazing. I've played this game about 6 or 7 times now and it never gets I'll old.
Devil May Cry and Onimusha are basically the parents of the whole Hack and Slash genre. This game borrowed a lot of ideas from those 2 games, but the most obvious one was the cave challenge, which was a rip-off of Onimusha's Dark Realm.
I agree, it looks a lot that way! What (I though) made it bad is the awkward controls. Especially versus bosses, they have a big range where they can attack you without even having the time to get out of the way. It seems the hitbox is way bigger than it looks. Also, your attacks have a too little hitbox. If your a little too much on the left or right, it will miss, even if you saw the attack touch the enemies. And beside the controls, it's pretty much an hallway, point A to point B, with nothing much to do. It's maybe not the worst game ever, but having played over 2 000 games in my life, this one was something I would never play again. But again, it's just an opinion, some people might like it, I like a lot of bad games anyway :)
I totally agree with this. It’s not a total dealbreaker tho, the level and the enemy design more than makes up for it. This game is one of my childhood favorites actually. Even then I’ve had my issues with it, especially how unreasonable some of the bossfights were considering the unusual attacks and clunky controls you have. Echidna and Icaros were especially bad. The former because of how little control you have over your evasime manouvers and the latter because of how much faster the fucker was than you were. Still, the game’s got a really nice feel to it. The platformer parts at the start of Arcadia (that’s the floating lion island thing called, right?) were a bit of a mess, but otherwise the area is really nice. The endgame areas are really cool as well.

My favorite game from my childhood the best cover the best story best action best levels I mean it makes you want to cry thinking nobody will ever know about this and that there is no remake
