I found another car wash in Jefferson City, and it was hiding right near my house! This is probably my favorite wash to date--the Ryko Softgloss is a fantastic system. Follow me on:

A Little info about the system, the system is made by ryko, which i film alot! and the reason it kept washing the doors is because the material of the brushes is called FoamBrite™ it enhances the luster of your paint as it washes and while the brushes were spining, it wasnt Rain X, it was just water to prevent dirt particles to scratch your clearcoat, and the wax and clearcoat stream hardly hit your car, thats why it looked like an empty pass (EPIC FAIL!)

I guess by your surprise you never used that dryer before. Up in Canada many stations have this one because it does such a good job at drying the car especially in the winter prevents any leftover water from freezing.

That is the best product around. The Ryko SoftGloss Maxx. Wished PDQ made an identical 5 brush model calling it "ProTouch Giant". I know Ryko & PDQ made identical touch-free products (Laserwash series by PDQ and Radius by Ryko).

I went thru one of these in North Cape May NJ once, at Shell station I believe. The way the machine moves around the car gives you that apparent motion feeling but not really moving, made my mom and I motion sick.

The brushes in this car wash is Green and Gold, which represents the Green Bay Packers.

That dryer is called the Ryko Pro Dryer. It uses air pressure to determine how close the car is to the dryer arm itself. The wheels just insure if you do drive faster than it can go up, it can still be able to dry your car

@@gy1952 If it does take any paint off it isn’t really visible though. I’ve gone through at least five of these with no scratches, blemishes, or missing paint. I’d say the only instance where you’d probably see missing paint is on a car with really bad paint.

The last time I saw this system on Google Street view, the wash bay was covered in junk. The system was right at the entrance and looked to be abandoned without power. Sad to see what become of this system. I believe the petrol station or as you say, in America, gas station has changed hands since I cannot find the location anymore, so I don’t know if the system still there be replaced or the wash bay demolished
