She is bluffing, or high in adrenaline. She couldn't even see Arcueid's death. Easy win for Arcueid.

She can't even beat servants. She can't kill things which she can't hit (eg. Flying) and can't see fast (eg. Bullets). One ⚡ and she is dead. Surprise attack and traps can beat her. Overwhelming numbers may also beat her (like 666 beasts). Someone faster than her can beat her. She can't block many attacks at once. She also does not have ultra instinct (Which Tohno used to overcome many certain deaths). I bet she can't even beat Ciel, Roa, Nero and even Nanaya (Tohno might even have a chance if he is at death door and ultra instinct mode).

The best part of that quote is that archetype earth is far, far beyond such weak and pathetic things like gods

This is normal shiki Their personalities is different if you check saber shiki voice lines and void shiki in epilogue
