How to undervolt AMD 5000 series CPUs with curve optimizer per core. This video will show you how to test your cores to individually adjust each core where needed.
If your particular bios supports AMD precision boost overdrive this can work for the 5600x 5800x 5900x 5950x. This should help reduce temperature and improve performance.

To help with stress testing on OCCT I have uploaded this video to show both single core and multi core tests. This should help check for a stable undervolt.

Tried -15 -20- and -25 it seems -25 is the sweet spot for my build set the undervolt to all cores and off we go. running smoothly at manageable temps up to 68deg @ 4600mhz+ using occt. Idle temps also improved from hi of 50ish down to 45ish kinda impressive. This is the 1st time i used amd and do actual OC and im proud doing it. before I was so afraid to do it on my intel systems and decided to switch over to amd. Im happy now. thanks.

on my 5800x I have a 1.2 core voltage max with a 4.6 core clock and 100mhz boost with PBO disabled in bios completed the 15 minutes stress test on extreme twice in a row and hit a maximum of 66c averaged 60c all cores at 4600mhz. Whereas in PBO curve Optimizer I had all cores negative 30 except my 7th core that had be brought down to -15 and then it passed the OCCT test twice with a max temp of 77c and an average of 74c some cores hitting a max of 4.790mhz most staying at 4.680/4.700.. long story short I reverted back to my manual undervolt/overclock. I musta hit the silicone lottery with a 1.2v max at 4.6 all core great video and very detailed, PBO just isn’t as good as a manual undervolt/overclock imo.

i recommend using small dataset with extreme mode on instruction set SSE when testing individual core, this will strain undervolting more.

Hi. I did per core, all negative 30. Did the first 15 min test and passed. Temps are really great and I have a stable 4.675 Mhz. Really great video man! First video that actually made a difference in my temps.

Wow , definitely you won the silicon lottery, running one stress test is not enough for checking stability , mine is only stable when core 1&2 set to zero and the rest at negative 30 when tested with occt , blender , cr20 & cr23 , 3dmark cou profile and rendering 20 minutes 4k timeline in davinci resolve and i thought it was ok and i accepted my luck 😥😥 but when i tested it with prime95 small fft it failed so i had to set them further down to negative 20 😢😢
