I will be building P45hi current packs for anything but if you have an RZ I have an alternative chemistry long range game plan for 200plus miles at high speeds for about 3k with chargers and BMS !
It's absolutely amazing what your doing with your new RZ EV , your in a class of your own when it comes to the EV , the size and range of the battery mind blowing ! Your skills are admireable it makes me want to take battery building very seriously your a fantastic inspiration ! I hope you don't mind me saying i definitely have to try and step up ! Your definitely special 👍 mad respect 👊
Definitely my #1 goto for ebike info and pack related matters and you have been on point and transparent. Anyone needing packs Definitely make sure u support u won't be disappointed
I saw your post as well about your growing clients and I’m also interested in learning to build batteries that is a very interesting process, read between the lines Chris!!😂😂😂😂
Yea I think sense I left the bomber squad and heading the surron route for the off road capabilities, may have to hit him up about a custom battery pack next summer
@@ChrisCrossingWires1212 I ordered it months ago unfortunately lol....says 80amp continuous , doesnt get here til mid july ffs....I deffo be ordering the next one from you in a few months...
I've been researching all types of batteries to put in an motorcycle for the past year and there are only a few high discharge Lipo4 batteries currently available in the market. They are marketed for replacement packs for cars actually. If your looking for range the Lipo4 is the way to go but for speed and amps they arn't suited for it. Looking forward to seeing what sodium batteries could possibly do in the future once these car companies are done testing.
I make high power P45 packs for high discharge this is a range battery system with decent discharge. I thought I was clear about the distinction but yes I know
@@ChrisCrossingWires1212 Well right now I can probably go about $2000 on my first upgrades and as far as speed and distance the specs says that it should do around 73mph which is great for me and maybe a day and a half to two days would be great I will use it to commute to work while it’s warm which is around 40 miles a day.
How fast could a bike with the battery and controller and motor you talk about technically go on the top end? 30 sec burst of 350a, so maybe a top end run of a mile or two, so could you do 170mph? 180mph? And for how long do you think you could do that mph for? This has me interested.
Bro Theres not too many Hyper Ebikes on the market from the Big Ebike numbers that are doing those speeds and not that it cant be done but not with a $3000 battery system on 72v, This is a high capacity system for 72v. you can do the mat on how many wattts that will be depending on what kind of controller you have. do the math 72 x 350amop is over 25kw. If you want a high voltage high current battery for insanely high speeds Im selling P45B packs and you would need about 120v at 1000amps 120Kw and Thats would probably cost you an arm and 2 legs but if you got it, i got you!
@@ChrisCrossingWires1212 I got ya. I dabble with little bikes. Got this Razor MX650 with a 72v system and a 200a Kelly controller. Thing rips but I only get around 30ish miles out of it from topped up to bone dry. Although the little bikes are so fun and for less than a couple Gs you can have a really great build, you are really balancing ride time with power output. 21500 Lithium Ion cells have good density, meh sag, and decent output. I just know the Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFEP04) can have less density but more reliability... Less of a chance to burn your house down etc etc. I like what you doing man keep on moving. We're all watching! I can't wait for really power dense solid state batteries to start coming out. That will be a game changer!
Try using 300ah cells, lol.. would be over 200lbs @ 48v nominal or 52.1v.. about 12 to 15lbs ea. Those are LFP or lifepo4 cells used in Chinese EV cars and solar storage solutions. Hows the bike handle with the weight.
Bro I didn't do this I was merely saying it was possible obviously you didn't watch the whole video I mentioned the weight the exact weight. Another person that sums up everything in 1min. We don't need any assistance here we're not building solar charging stations
