1985 Yamaha RZ 350 This video shows a modification to the 1/4 inch McMaster Carr Tygon oil supply line from the oil tank to the oil pump. I used McMaster Carr spring material to support the bends at these two locations to ensure the main oil supply line of two stroke oil does not kink thus killing my new engine. I have done this successfully to two motorcycles now. If you are using the Tygon or similar not preformed material in this application I would recommend doing this.
The last part of the video shows purging the air pockets out of the main oil supply line. I also recommend doing this to eliminate these air pockets out of the oil supply line.
