It's not grey and overcast this week in dear old Blighty! The roads are knackered, the schools and hospitals are falling down, the railways only operate some of the time and the postman only delivers once a week. But hey, the sun is shining 😎
Those windmills with the red tips ....are probably fluorescent so they can be seen when its dark ....they're all plain over here cis probs not thought of that 😂
Gradually catching up Sheldon and enjoying every minute. Also learning , didn't know about the speed humps in Holland priority and like you never thought about vehicles turning in front of you. My worse thing is getting fuel in a garage across the road and coming out and riding on the left. Boy I have been lucky a few times. Rode The Ring and set a lap record on my Blackbird. got like you a GS now is yours a 1200, if it is I need to get the same graphic kit .I digress so back to the lap record. Yes for the slowest lap ever 😂😂Mind you went back the following year and one of the lads had booked the M5 Ring Taxi and unbelievably Sebina was our driver .Boy was she quick and what a smashing lady she was as well. The UK government receive 34 Billion pounds a year in fuel and road tax and only 2 to 3 % gets spent on the roads. Add the fact that UK is 94,000 square miles with a population of 67 million and Germany has 138,000 square miles but only 83 million population. Good video.
The north of Germany isn't the most inspiring for motorcycling. The further south you go, the better it gets. It's a fantastic country to ride. Hope you got to see some of the better parts.
