Making shop tools is a great way to use up some of those small off-cuts of wood that you just can’t seem to find another use for. In this episode Neil shows you how to make a simple center finding tool using small off-cuts of hardwood. These things are hard to find commercially and are somewhat costly when you do track them down. The benefit of making your own is they are dirt cheap and you can create sizes that are close to those you need. So never again be wrestling with a tape measure to find the middle of a board - make you own center-finders and do yourself a favor.
