Goalie props are on ice devices used to make the goalie’s job in practice harder so games are easier. The father of prop training is Stanley Cup and multiple Vezina Trophy winning goalie coach, Mitch Korn. He must be smart as he scouted me.
I walk you through my 10 favorite prop drills that can really improve your goaltending. (I slipped a BONUS DRILL in for you) I want all goalie coaches to see these and hopefully add them into your coaching drill database. It is important as a goalie coach, to steal as many drills as possible. This makes you a better goalie coach. Every great coach is a drill thief.
