Thank you for a great video . The Flapper arm must be set to the right til it stops for the wastegate to work properly. Am I right? My flapper arm is about at 1 cm open to the left. I can push the actuator rode at least 1 cm to the right and hear the ventil is closed. My car is a BMW FF11 525D which has elctronic wastegate. Ater the workshop has replaced my turbocharger, my car is in a limb mode with low boost. Running my car tool an error keep coming up that the turbocharger adaptation is no complete. What kind o tool do I need to do a complete turbocharger adaptation? I have heard BMW use Ista+ and Inpa with a OBDII interface to usb. Can you help me, Please?
@karimsaleh7034 no, heard it when i installed downpipes, now i'm on stock cats again and can't hear the rattle anymore but wastegate's are done so needs new turbo's for the rattle to be "really" gone but to expensive for me compared to just "a ratlle" with downpipes..
Could I tighten my wastegates to remove rattle from my s58? I noticed its the same design and the wastegate when closed when installing the dpipe from inside the turbo was super loose and rattly so on cold starts it rattles alotttt even when warm starting. Thanks!
