The grand master Jonas! This is absolute true building and tuning and it amazes again by a new level. Evel loudy sound at the end and you were smiling pure satisfaction what to expect at final! For me your videos at this moment is the best what RU-vid can offer. Seriously. I'm really your fan and grateful of all your efforts and that you delight us sharing your videos. Tack ska du ha grand master Jonas.
Man! Before this whole covid situation I started my 9-5 project. Now it's a bit paused, but soon I have to put some upgrades of upgrades because of this video :D. Give us next stuff soon! Greetings from Poland!
Cant wait to see this build on the road 😁 try and get some drive by videos of the exhaust from the outside I bet it sounds amazing.... Wish i had the skills you portray in the work gone into this 95. So far I've thoroughly enjoyed watching the build on this, keep ul the good work 👌👍
To build an exhaust on the floor is a hard task but you did a great job, just a tip for the future with exhaust wrap, if you soak in a bucket of water for an hour or so before wrapping it expands slightly and then as it dries out becomes naturally tighter. 👍🍻👌🇬🇧
Great job as always. I saw you've still got the plastic bosch diverter valve, I guess you'll be replacing it with a billet aluminium one, maptun possibly? I'm curious as to what stage you'll be taking the car, will you be going over 310bhp as won't the pistons need replacing with wossners? Great work and looking forward to seeing it on the road. 👍
Lovely. Seen one of your exhaust builds before, so not surprised this one worked out well. I don’t have the nerve or the welding skills to create one from scratch. Kudos. I stayed single pipe. Does your research show improved flow over the double exit, or is it merely for look?
Thanks Soulfirer, first time i made a complete exhaust and im pretty impressed of myself 😁 The analysis i have seen is on 3,5inch dp with 3inch singel exhaust catback so The twinpipe is more of a bonus and cause it cool 😎
Riktigt nice! Snyggt att du visade att du svetsade fästen på högersidan så man själv kan göra det i framtiden :). Ett förslag, skulle du kunna testa sänka musiken i videon? För jag får sitta o höja videon när du pratar och sänka när spelar musik. Men riktigt nice bygge! :D
I saw one of your earlier builds you welded a 3” v-band to the turbine housing. That seemed like a great idea, because then you don’t have the necked down downpipe to the turbine housing and less restrictions. This build doesn’t look like you’re doing that. Can you let me know why? It seems counter productive to have a 3.5” downpipe, but then connect to the turbo at 2.5”.
Hi! Thank you for the very useful videos. Why did you make downpipe 3.5"? Why not 3"? Does it make sense to downpipe 3.5" if the rest of the pipe is 3"?
The air is hottets closest to the turbo and has the largest volume. To avoid backpressure it makes sense to have a 3,5" downpipe. My friend has made several cfd analysis and also tests on the street 😉
Verkligen snyggt jobb Jonas! Jag ser ingen glasflaska. Får du det så snyggt med flusstråd? Jag känner i så fall jag måste prova. Har aldrig svetsat rostfritt men får du det så bra blir man sugen och prova.
