Great question! We will create a video for this. The last thing anyone wants to do is pinch or scrape their most sensitive areas. 😟 Nails can be tricky when using a menstrual cup, but plenty of people have no problem keeping their nails long when using their cup! The best idea is to take it slow. We recommend angling the tips of your fingers inward, toward the cup, to avoid scratching during insertion or removal.

The disc is but the cup is not. The disc does something called auto dumping which is where when you go to bathroom and your muscles contract and that breaks the seal and empties in the toilet.
