Remember this show growing up in Germany. 30 years old and this is still deeply ingrained in my memories. Don't know why I get emotional watching 80s cartoon intros.

It is funny to see how everyone remembers this anime and its intro. Goes to show you how precious childhood and the stuff we liked back then is to us. The nostalgia hit is strong with this one for me. 20+years have passed and i still remeber this gem.

I never saw the series as a kid, but I saw the intro at the end of a SuperTed VHS I had. It was so damned cool, still is, and here I am 26 years later checking it out because of the absolute masterpiece that it is!

I miss the 80s and 90s , it was so much fun back then. Family parties, playing outside, cool cartoons and comics, great video games. I feel sorry for the kids nowadays.

One of the rare occasions, where the theme of a series exceeds its series in epicness so much, that most ppl don't even remember what the series is about, but know the theme tone for tone!

Just a cartoon theme song but still much harder and more creative than most of today's so called rock (and also obviously pop) music!

This is my childhood, i loved it every second because those cartoons inspired me to become a better person. Saber Rider, Galaxy Rangers, Silverhawks, Bravestarr, Thundercats.. those were inspiring cartoons not like the ones nowadays that get pumped in our children. Those cartoons gave me the feeling that i can be that hero, i can be that person that makes a change. If i look at the cartoons nowadays they don't have a message that inspires you.

Man I really miss the thrash guitar sound. Cartoons back then had some killer theme songs...Jayce and the Wheeled Warrior, Mask, SilverHawks, Pole Position, Thundercats, Jem. Even The Transformers pumped it up by the third season. But Saber Rider is my all time favorite. Got the soundtrack and it rocks.

I'm a Early 2000's kid from Glasgow and when I was around four or five I got a bunch of DVD's with random cartoons on them and Saber Rider was one of them. There was only three episodes on the DVD and I can't remember much about them but one thing that stood out to me was that Intro. Still kicks ass to this day.

At last I found it! One of my best animations. I grew up with this and Transformers, way before Thundercats.

Will be 44 in about a month .. this intro and cartoon was so great to me as a kid.. the nostalgia is magical.
